Privacy Statement

We at Creative Automation value and understand our customer’s need for privacy.  As a member of the Direct Marketing Association, we are required to follow specific practices to maintain the highest level of consumer privacy.  We only collect information that you provide the site via our Information Request Form.  If the request form is filled out, we will only use the telephone number or address to supply you with the information that you requested.  The information that you provide for us is not shared with any other organizations for commercial purposes.  From time-to-time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice.  If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will contact you before we use your data for those new purposes, to notify you of the policy change, and to provide you with the ability to opt-out of these new uses.  Customers may prevent their information from being used, for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected, by contacting the Webmaster at webmaster@cauto.com.  Please feel free to contact the Webmaster with any suggestions or questions you have about Creative Automation and our privacy policy.

European Union Safe Harbor

Creative Automation complies with the privacy principles of the “Safe Harbor” framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding collection, use, and retention of personal data from the European Union.  The U.S. Direct Marketing Association (DMA) serves as Creative Automation’s third-party dispute resolution provider.
