Rick Miller

Rick Miller, Senior Vice President of Client Development

Rick began his career with Creative Automation in 1986 working in the print facility at night, while attending college for Computer Sciences during the day.

Since joining Creative Automation, Rick has gained a variety of direct marketing experience. This experience includes Database, high-level Merge Purge, Direct Mail Production, as well as superior management skills. Rick’s interest in developing relationships with clients and providing them with solutions to their direct marketing needs led him into a sales position.

Through ongoing industry training, Rick has received the following certifications:

Jerry Kee

Jerry Kee, Vice President of Client Development

Jerry Kee started with Creative Automation in 1983 in Computer Operations. Over the years, Jerry has gained a vast amount of experience in computer programming and processing procedures and has been responsible for training and managing technical programmers and account representatives at Creative Automation.

Jerry’s strong knowledge in complex list processing and his experience with forms production and personalization makes him a valuable asset in both the Computer Processing and Production divisions of Creative Automation. His dedication to client needs, along with a commitment to delivering a quality product and service, made Jerry a perfect addition to the sales staff.

Jerry Kee currently holds the title of Vice President of Client Development at Creative Automation.

Bob Rajan

Bob Rajan, Director of New Business Development

With over 15 years of Direct Marketing experience; including a familiarity with consumer and B-to-B marketing concepts and a proficiency in providing database solutions with criteria selection, profiling, and analysis, Bob Rajan is an asset to the sales team at Creative Automation.

With a background in credit card marketing and detailed data modeling, Bob is able to provide a new perspective into direct mail and telemarketing. His new strategy development experience allows him to improvise and implement marketing plans that lead to new revenue streams.

Bob joined Creative Automation in the fall of 1998 as a Marketing Support Analyst. He then moved into sales to put his vast experience to use for Creative Automation clients. Bob continues to be the liaison between Creative Automation and is responsible for creating and maintaining strategic partnerships.

As of January 2007, Bob has been handed the responsibilities for Corporate Marketing at Creative Automation.

Tom Turner

Tom Turner, Sales Executive

Tom began his direct marketing career over 15 years ago in a family-owned direct mail company. Through his vast experiences, he has developed a strong knowledge of all aspects involved in creating a successful direct marketing campaign, including: forms/commercial printing, laser and ink jet personalization, finishing and lettershop operations.

Throughout his years, he has developed package solutions for customers in the financial, educational, pharmaceutical, publishing, and manufacturing industries. His commitment and dedication to customer service and satisfaction is demonstrated by his long-standing working relationships with numerous customers.

Tom currently holds the title of Sales Executive specializing in the graphics production division.

Cathi McNamara

Cathi McNamara, Director of Major Accounts

Cathi McNamara is your primary coordinator through the proposal and implementation phase of our business relationship. On an ongoing basis, Cathi will be involved at a high level in overseeing the day-to-day processing of your marketing efforts involving Creative Automation. Cathi is a member of Creative Automation’s Quality Assurance Committee. She has fifteen years of direct marketing experience, all of which are with Creative Automation. Her contributions at Creative Automation include Account Representative, Database Services Representative, Database Services Account Group Manager, and New Customer Coordinator. Over the years, Cathi has worked with Creative Automation’s largest most complex customers providing them with consistent business objective understanding and actionable solutions.
