Eligibility for all Insurance Plans

Eligibility date for coverage for full time employees and their dependents will be the first of the month following 90 days of employment.       

If you do not sign up for coverage within the first 90-days of employment, you will not be eligible to participate until our Annual Open Enrollment which is March 1-31 of each year for coverage effective April 1st.
